Unpacking Europe: Ceuta and Schengen

On this week’s Unpacking Europe podcast, Ian Bond, deputy director of the Centre for European Reform sat down with Camino Mortera-Martinez, an associate fellow at the CER, to discuss the impact that 80,000 migrants crossing from Morocco to the Spanish exclave of Ceuta has had on the EU’s borderless Schengen area.
