UK could make its way in the world outside EU
Accordingly, I was pleased that the recent report by the pro-EU Centre for European Reform (CER) was temperate in its language.
Moreover, I support its contention that there is no half-way house that would allow the UK to have its cake and eat it. In the end the UK needs to decide between being in and being out of the EU.
These admirable qualities aside, the report does suffer from one not inconsequential defect: it is wrong.
